Abstract

The tension, contraction, relaxation and extention of skeletal muscles enable men to maintan certain postures and perform various movements. Many theories and hypothesis was associated with problem the muscles injurie : tissue rapture, accumulation of lactic acid during exercise, local ischemia-spasm, theory of necrosis, sterile information, adhesion of connective tissue, rising creative phospokinase, breskage of Z line, Ca ion overloid. Treating muscles injuries by obligue acupunctureto Ashi points obtained good results and promoted the recovery of the ultra structural alteration of skeletal muscles after strenuous exercises and tge relief of the associated delayed onset soreness. Acupucture can provide relief of pain and requierement essential to success is that the needs should be accurately inserted into the injured muscle bundle.
