Abstract

Pemeriksaan Residu Pestisida Dalam Komoditi Beras Yang Berasal Dari Beberapa Kota Dalam Upaya Penetapan Batas Maksimum Pestisida (BMR) It has researched that the residual pesticide in rice commodities with come from Cianjur, Semarang and Surabaya markets. The test examined using HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography) method. The result of the test that come from some kind of Indonesia people and is calculated pattern of Indonesia people. The result of test, the karbofuran has detected 0,0296 ? 0,0755 mg/kg and according to BMR level allowable minimum consume around 0,02 mg/kg/day, which is ADI level 0,01 mg/kg/day from cereal
