Abstract

One of the success indicator of community health center sevice is satisfaction of patient. The objectives of data analysis are to get information about satisfaction of outpatient and inpatient, and factors related to satisfaction of outpatients and inpatient in the community health center. Research design is used secondary data analysis of Household Health Survey (SKRT) 2004 as sub samples of National Social Economic Survey (Susenas) 2004 covering Indonesia population in 30 provinces. Sampels covering on 16,021 members of household who age 15 years old or more. There were 5,387 household which one of their member have been identified as an outpatient in the last 1 year ago; beside as amount of 774 household which one of their member have been identified as an inpatient in the last 5 years. Data analysis conducted to the member of household who were illness and have been identified as outpatient or inpatient, by using Chi-Square test and multiple logistics regression test. Conclusion of data analysis about satisfaction are; 1.Assessment of outpatient in community health center to service on waiting time, kindness of officer, clarity of information, participation in decision making of medication, trust to officer, freedom in selecting place of treatment, and hygiene of service room and toilet were satisfactory. 2.Factors related to satisfaction of outpatient are residence location in rural area and treatment paid by insurance 3.Assessment of inpatient in community health center to service on waiting time, kindness of officer, clarity of information, participation in decision making of medication, trust to officer, freedom in selecting place of treatment, hygiene of service room and toilet, and place for family or friend to stay were satisfactory 4.Factors related to satisfaction of inpatient in is incalculable because there were not enough sample.
