Decreasing utilization was caused by frequently equipment dysfunction or damage, lower patient utilization and high cost of examination. The dysfunction or damage of equipment were the result of improper storage, late detection of dysfunction or damage and irregular maintenance. Acceleration of patients visit and referral patients from other facilities caused higher utilization, Meanwhile, the equipments which had no utilization were caused by imbalance of supply and demand of the equipments as well as ignorance of the clinicians toward the availability of those equipment in the hospital.
